Frequently asked questions
Everything we expect tournament directors to ask before submitting a campaign. If the answer you need isn’t here, the campaign history page lets you see live status on anything you’ve submitted.
Drafts auto-generate in about 30 seconds after you submit, and you review and approve them right in the app. Once you approve, it's automatic — no waiting on our team: your audience is built and your sends are scheduled right away, timed to your tournament's registration-close date. Send dates depend on the campaign type you picked — a 60-day series sends about 60, 30, and 10 days before registration closes; a 10-day last-chance campaign sends about 10 days before; standalone campaigns are scheduled ad-hoc.
Nothing upfront. No setup fee, no retainer. We take 20% of net new registration revenue your campaign generates, billed after the campaign completes.
If your campaign drives no new revenue, you don't owe anything.
It depends on how far out your registration-close date is. 60+ days before registration closes gets up to 3 emails — announcement, mid-campaign, and last chance. 30–59 days gets 2. 10–29 days gets 1. Under 10 days, we can't accept.
You review each draft in the app right after submission — you can approve as-is or flag factual errors (wrong date, wrong link, wrong divisions, etc.). Flagged drafts regenerate automatically with your corrections, up to 3 regenerations per email. We don't support free-text editing of copy or design — those are part of what our system handles — but the structured corrections flow gets you to accurate facts every time.

Yes. Submit your tournament's PickleballTournaments.com URL and we extract the details from the page.
Requires an active pickleball.com club account with a payment method on file.
After your campaign wraps and we've reconciled revenue, we issue an invoice attached to your pickleball.com club account. The amount is charged to the card on file. You can review the invoice before it processes.
Add your notes when you submit. Our team uses them as input — sponsor logos to highlight, divisions to emphasize, prize-money callouts, etc.
We polish and finalize the copy ourselves. The submission notes shape the direction; we don't take dictated copy.
Use the “Report a change” option on any campaign in your history. Our team will review and adjust as needed.
For billing inquiries, invoicing, account questions, or anything related to your subscription, reach our sales team at sales@pickleball.com. For tournament-related questions (status, drafts, changes), use the in-app tools — your team won't see emails about workflow questions.
