Payment Authorization

By checking the authorization box and submitting, I authorize Pickleball OpCo LLC ("Company") to charge the credit card or other payment method on file with my Club's pickleball.com account for amounts I owe under the Pay-for-Performance ("P4P") program, including:

• Revenue share — twenty percent (20%) of the Net New Revenue that Company's marketing drives for my tournament; and
• Featured Tournament fees — any Featured Tournament placement I select, billed at $100 per month.

I understand and agree that:

1. Charges follow an invoice, and I can pay it myself first. Company will issue an invoice attached to my tournament on PickleballTournaments.com. I can review the invoice and pay it directly on my tournament page. The payment method on file will be charged only if the invoice remains unpaid when due, or if my outstanding balance becomes substantial — never before I have had the opportunity to pay the invoice myself.
2. No revenue, no revenue-share charge. If my campaign generates no Net New Revenue, no revenue-share charge will be assessed. Featured Tournament fees, if selected, are charged for the placement period regardless of revenue.
3. Ongoing authorization. This authorization remains in effect for all invoices issued under the P4P program until I revoke it in writing through my pickleball.com account.
4. Valid payment method. I am responsible for keeping a valid payment method on file. If none is on file when an invoice is issued, I agree to add one or to settle the invoice by other means within thirty (30) days.

This Payment Authorization supplements, and is governed by, Section 4 (Revenue Share & Billing) of the Tournament Growth Hub Supplemental Terms. In the event of a conflict, the Supplemental Terms control.
