How many emails you'll get

Everything keys off your registration close date (no close date on your listing? we use your tournament start date) — sends are timed to the window when players are deciding, and the campaign size depends on how far out that deadline is when you submit:

60+ days	Up to 3 emails (initial announcement → mid-campaign → last chance)
30–59 days	Up to 2 emails (mid-campaign → last chance)
10–29 days	1 email (last chance)
Less than 10 days	We can't accept the request — too close to your registration deadline

Campaigns are capped at 3 emails total, and the form only shows options available for your dates. Prefer to pick the date yourself? Choose the standalone email option — one email on the exact date you choose (at least 2 days out, before registration closes).

What happens after you submit

Drafts arrive in about a minute. Your emails are auto-generated and waiting on your campaign page — we also email you a secure link.
You review every draft. Spot a factual error (date, venue, divisions, registration link)? Flag it in the app and the draft regenerates with your correction, up to 3 regenerations per email. Copy and design are handled by our system.
You approve — then it's automatic. The moment your last draft is approved, every send is scheduled and each exact send date appears on your dashboard. Your audience — pickleball players near your venue — is built automatically. Nothing ever sends without your approval.
