You review and approve each draft in the app. Once all drafts are approved, our team segments and schedules sends within approximately 2 business days. The actual first send date is determined by the campaign type you selected relative to your tournament start date.
We schedule sends based on the timeline leading up to your tournament. Not every campaign option will be available depending on how close your tournament is when you submit — the form below will only show you what's available for your tournament's date.
📧How many emails you'll get
The number of emails in your campaign depends on how far out your tournament is when you submit:

| 30–59 days out | Up to 2 emails (mid-campaign → last chance) |
| 10–29 days out | 1 email (last chance) |

Each tournament campaign is capped at 3 emails total.
You can flag factual errors on any draft (date, venue, divisions, registration link, or other) directly in the app. Flagged drafts regenerate automatically with your corrections, up to 3 regenerations per email. Free-text edits to copy or design are not supported — our system handles those — but the structured corrections flow lets you ensure every factual detail is correct before approval.
